If you run a nonprofit and something about your website, your data or your tools is holding the work back, talk to us. We set aside room for nonprofit work at reduced rates, and some problems we can sort out in an afternoon.

This is not a sales page. Most organizations we hear from do not need a big project. They need a broken form fixed, a site moved off a platform that keeps raising its price, or someone to explain in plain English what their options are. That is work we are glad to do.

What we can help with

A website that works and costs almost nothing to run

A fast, secure site on modern hosting, or a repair of the one you have. Donation, volunteer and intake forms that actually reach a person. No monthly platform fee eating the budget.

Getting found by the people you serve

Google Business Profile, Search Console, the basics of local search, and the free advertising and software programs that registered nonprofits qualify for but rarely claim.

Data you can actually use

Turning a pile of spreadsheets into one clean list. Donor, volunteer and client records that stay consistent. Public IRS data pulled in when it helps. We built and run a nonprofit research app on that data, so the sector is familiar ground.

Keeping the lights on

Domains, hosting, email, backups and updates handled so nothing goes dark when the volunteer who set it up moves on. Everything documented and owned by the organization, not by us.

A mobile app, if you really need one

We build apps for iOS and Android. We will also tell you plainly when a good website does the job for a fraction of the cost.

A straight answer

Sometimes the most useful thing is an hour on the phone about which of the three quotes you got is fair, or whether the tool a vendor is pitching is worth it. Ask.

    If we can help, we tell you what it would take and what it would cost before any work starts. Written for a board member, not an engineer.

  4. If we are not the right fit, we say so

    And we point you toward someone who is.

We are based in Huntsville, Alabama, and give North Alabama organizations first call. Remote work is fine.

  • Honesty about what you can spend, so we can scope to it
  • Ownership stays with you: your domain, your accounts, your data

We do not publish rates because every organization's situation is different. You will always have the number in writing before work begins.
